Track Bitly url in SMS

Hi,

I want to send SMS with a bitly link thorugh ACS and track the click response back into ACS. Is this possible? What are the limitation, workaround. Any details will be of great help.

Thanks for the response @Sukrity_Wadhwa, the other thread indicates Adobe campaign classic though. The same feature is available in Adobe campaign Standard as well?
