Stage vs. Prod Environments - Adobe Campaign Standard

Avatar

Level 1

Hello - my team is working in a new Adobe Campaign Standard instance and wondering what the process is for building and pushing live between stage and prod environments. I couldn't find any help docs for this so hoping someone in the community can advise i.e. how to push from staging to prod, do we have to build in both environments separately, etc. Thanks in advance!

Hi @juliemarks ,

No need to build separately in both instance. You can move it from stage to Prod by exporting and importing as packages.

This document will guide you to do it - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/managing-processes-and-data/importin...

Partha is right on the mechanism.

1 important thing to note from the beginning:

Always assign custom IDs to the objects created (e.g. wkfImportCrm instead of WKF1234).

Else package export would fail with the default names
