I have a quick question and hope you might be able to help. I have built an Email Engagement status in Adobe Campaign that allows to target audience based on if they have opened/clicked within an email. The status is a back-end workflow that populates 3 fields on the recipient table.
I have a pot of data that I want to breakdown by using this status so I have used a split an specified within that splits what is the status I'd like to get,
When the split have all the subsets created in different tables, meaning is showing three output lines with data, I am getting a total of 417k.
Do you have any idea of why this might happen? There shouldn't be people falling into different statuses as in everyone should have one status only.
The question is not very clear.
Can you explain
1. What is the input audience and this 417K is higher than the input audience?
2. What is the schema structure?
3. have you tried enabling SQL logs to see what is happening at query level?
