Can we transfer SMS sender shortcodes from an existing thirdparty account to Adobe Campaign netsize account.

Hi Raghav,

We are currently using a third party SMS vendor for SMS fulfillments. We are planning to get a netsize account to send the SMSs out in future .

The third-party vendor uses a shortcode thats being used as a sender number. Can we migrate the existing account.

Hi Aditya,

I assume that this would have to be dealt with by contacting the SMS vendor. What you'd need to do in Campaign is adapt the configuration with the information provided by your new vendor.
