Hi community,

Could you please help me with the below question,

While submitting privacy request, there is a response we received as below,

"detail":"Allowed UserIds must be between 1 to 9",

}

}

It seems that the allowed user id must be between 1to 9, is this hard-coded as max or is there any way we can configure it somewhere from within the application?

especially which identity type / namespace your are using

Found the issue,

The userID is in reference to the identities associated with a particular user (e.g. a namespace). This is restricted to 9, fundamentally since the product does not allow you to associate a user to more than this value.
