Pre header configuration

Is it possible to configure the pre header in the template so that it doesn't take content from the body if the pre header-text is short?
Appreciate input.

@p_talamo, Yes. You can have a delivery template with preheader included. Whenever you create deliveries from the template will include a preheader. Also, you can have a preheader in the content block to include it in the template.

Thx for reply. Our issue is that deliveries from our template result in a pre header with both cthe actual copy and contents from the content block. Ex: "Save 10% buy now Company name City Company name"

We need to be able to configure the pre header so that only the copy in the pre header field is delivered. Is that possible to configure? How if so?

/Best regards,

Patrik

@p_talamo, Maybe you can look at the dynamic content within the preheader to achieve this. For example, try to have a default variant to display from the content block and another variant to display from the preheader content itself.

Thanks, Sathees
