We are excited to announce Journey AI for all Adobe Campaign Standard customers. Journey AI uses advanced Machine Learning (ML) to enable companies to optimize the design and delivery of customer journeys by predicting each individual’s engagement preference.
Journey AI consists of two ML features:
  • Predictive Engagement Scoring - Intelligently identifies customers' preferred level of engagement to better target and personalize messages to increase conversions and retention. 
  • Predictive Send Time Optimization - Predicts the best time to send emails to each individual in a campaign to maximize engagement rates and improve email campaign ROI. 

If you want to learn how to get started with Journey AI, please review the detailed documentation and reach out to your Account Executive. Note that while Journey AI is available for free to existing Campaign customers, there is an implementation cost of approximately 50 hours.

Hi @Sukrity_Wadhwa,

 

My client is looking to analyze and implement these two features. Can you shed more light on the implementation hours. Is this not an OOTB integration ? Can the integration be done by ourselves or it requires Adobe to step in to integrate the two platforms for these two features to work seamlessly.

Hi Sid,

 

The implementation hours are used for two parts

1 - implementing the export/import workflows that exchange data between the Campaign instance and the Journey AI service

2 - implementing the specific send time optimization and engagement scoring usecases for the customer. The aim is to create the initial blueprint for the customers to use on an ongoing basis.

 

For now Adobe Consulting needs to be involved. We plan to open the implementation up to customers/partners at a later point in time.

A followup on your last message, do you know if the 50 hours only include the initial blueprint or it also includes the end to end implementation of setting up the Journey AI to start implementing our use cases ?

It includes implementation of the data flows and the first use cases that the customer has.
