Folder Access

Hi,

We have a requirement for a customer.

Use Case ----

Recipients are divided into 2 folders based on different GEO's.

1.The requirement is that when a user(Global Admin) goes and executes a campaign from one GEO folder (India), he/she should be able to Target recipients within that folder.

2. The same user (Global Admin) when goes into other GEO folder (Singapore) should see the Target Recipient in Campaigns/WF's only available in Singapore Folder.

3. The same user (Global Admin) when executes a Campaign outside above 2 folders should see everyone in the system in their Target Population.

The customer is very specific not to use different Access Groups.

Looking for some support here.

Hi Vipul,

System filters let you manage the read and write permissions of entities detailed in schemas:

• readAccess: provides read only access to schema data.
• writeAccess: provides write access to schema data.

In our case we want the Global Administrator to behave differently while executing workflows in different folders.

We do not want to use any other access than Global Admin.
