Domain to IP Conversion

Avatar

Hi All,

Is there a way I could resolve the IP conversion for our UAT sending domain: bupaaustralia-mkt-stage6@adobe-campaign.com?

How do I know what IPs resolve to this domain at back end?

Is that level of detail visible to me?

Regards,

Garima

They may share it yes.

But as said, it's contained in the E-Mail header of every message sent.

So if you look at the headers, you may see it where I added the XXX

The STAGE environment is bound to a single IP though I can't post that here publicly.

So best would be:

  • Send a test E-Mail
  • Then just look at the E-Mail header

Thanks @ramon_bisswanger , we are aware of the email header

As you mentioned, the stage environment resolves to a single IP, we would need that IP address value.

I understand this is a public forum, would Adobe share that with me separately (on my registered email address) if I raise a ticket with Adobe Support?

That's good to know @ramon_bisswanger !
I had to go and check on "Show original" message to be able to view that IP.

Thank you so much for helping me out. I really appreciate it
