Direct Mail delivery no longer sending

Hi,

Our Direct mail delivery is no longer working. In the Summary tab, it says 'Delivery mode: !Target evaluation' - which is a message we have not seen before.

Otherwise the journal gives no indication of the problem within the delivery itself. The workflow journal says 'Error when performing action 'Prepare' on delivery'

Would be grateful for any ideas of what could be wrong.

Can you share the complete audit logs of the delivery to get more details.
