Can someone please tell me where are the bounce settings defined within the Adobe campaign standard UI?

Hard bounce, soft bounce.

Thank you, can you tell me if this is editable.

I tried to edit and it gives me an error, 

I checked on multiple instances and get the same message.

what action is taken when a record hard bounces? Also, if an email hard bounces what is the action taken in the my instance? For example, does a record become quarantined after 1 hard bounce, or does the email need to hard bounce multiple times before is marked as unsubscribed or quarantined?
