Adobe support has found the issue and an update is needed to the instances options. It is isolated to GMAIL clients. I suggest if you are seeing this same issue log a support ticket and reference ticket #E-000259460.

Some of our ministries have seen reduce open rates since early October which may correlate to the last ACS upgrade. I have looked into the tracking log for some deliveries and I know there are missing opens. Since I receive many of the emails and open all of them and I don't have an open I know its missing. I still have the emails in my arch box and verified I read it. Before I go through a long process with support I want to see if anyone else has noticed this. Thanks John

I had a similar issue and what I ended up doing is create a custom resource with fields and html content which in a workflow I grab the data each night and update the custom resource. I then have the custom resource fields in the dynamic recurring delivery. John

Use table Incoming SMS (InSMS). You have limited number of fields to query. But you can get both sending and receiving phone numbers, and the message that was sent. Unfortunately you have to substring out the phone numbers.

I run a monthly query over the delivery log by profile. Then I count how many profiles received less then 5 emails a month, 5-10, 11-15, 16-20, 21-30, 31+. Here is what it looks like.

I created a workflow that consolidate all subscriptions on to 1 profile. It doesn't move history or other profile attributes. After a period a time the merged profile will have no history, and I will them run a delete workflow. The workflow is pretty complicated and it use many file up and downloads to complete the process.

I created a workflow in ACS that finds duplicate profiles and then move all the subscriptions to 1 of the profiles. We had 50,000 profiles with multiple duplicates. It took a couple of months, but we have consolidated all of the profiles. I will in the future find all profiles(duplicates) that aren't tied to a service and remove them from ACS.

I have found by adding a custom style section to the Delivery Template solves many of these issues. I am not understanding what is going on with the upgrade to 19.2. My stage environment was updated on Monday to 19.2 but now Workflows and Deliveries don't run at all in stage. Production is still on 19.1 which I am glad because it works but the release notes reflect that 19.2.3 is the current version and 19.2.4 is coming out next week.There seems to be a lack of communication on what is happening. Does anyone have any other information?Thanks John

I met with Eric Perrin (ACS Product Manager @ Adobe) at this years Adobe Summit in the Customer Briefing center and he indicated that they were looking at bring the merging functionality from ACC to ACS. We really really need a solution to merge Profiles!
