Level 2

Hello,

which module do I need to have installed to be able to use Campaign?

- MRM (Marketing Resource Management) or Campaign (managing cross-channel campaigns), or necessarily both?

And why?

I am confused by the naming of the Adobe Technical Documentation:

And I do not understand what is meant in the Overview section. Are they

Thank you for your help in advance.

HI Pavlina,

In order to work on Adobe Campaign you should start with Campaigns package. Cross Channel Marketing Optimisation is something that can achieved by having the Campaign package.

MRM is more of an advanced level module.

Please check your licensing agreement before installing a package, as each package has an associated cost.
