Hi all,

has anyone ever entered the unsubscribe in the text of the SMS?

How did you manage unsubscribe from SMS?

I try to put a content block with unsubscribe link but I can't personalize it. I don't find where I can modify it.

Hi,

an update: I found the content block "unsubscribe link" and now I can modify it.

If anyone has already set unsubscribe in SMS message, please write me his solution because I don't think my solution works.

I think that my unsubscription link doesn't recognize the profile by sms.

Hi eveline,

you have to define your unsubcription under sms external account

e.g Stop as keyword, the short code to contact the recipient, reply (you will not receive sms from xxx) and send to quarantine as additional action

Hi Eveline,

the server provider would need to support incoming messages and needs to forward them on the SMPP connection configured in Campaign.
