Where can we find active bug list thats been worked upon for Adobe Campaign bV7 build 9346 ?

Usually, you don't have access to these issue. NEO-XXXXX

They are fixed in the future releases and you will be able to find them in the latest release notes 

That being said, you can open a support ticket and Adobe will let you know the fix for your issue or provide a patch for your build if it exists.
