Predefined filter for the AVERAGE CLICK RATE of a recipient

Hello all,

I'm wondering if the following business requirement is feasibile:

- Having a predefined filter that get all the recipients having an AVERAGE CLICK RATE > #INPUT_VALUE1

in one of these scenario:
1) no range of time

2) range of time (#INPUT_VALUE2, #INPUT_VALUE3)

If it's feasible in at least one these case, can you explain in detail how?

Thank you in advance!
Salvatore

Hi Salvatore,

I don't think you can do it in one filter as you need the count of clicks and count of deliveries received on the same period.

But you can achieve it in an workflow using count on clicks, count on messages received and apply ratio

Other than that, you have 2 ootb filters 'By number of clicks' and 'By number of messages received' that may be helpful

Thanks

David
