Hi @AshokKumarJ  and @Shubham_Goyal__

I won't delete an operator because it might have side-effect on scheduled workflow started by the operator (they will simply fail on their next run). Normally, although there is a constraint, update should be possible. could you check the spelling of the Adobe ID and maybe align with the spelling of the operator login name.

Thanks

Denis

Hi @AshokKumarJ

xtkoperator_name column has a Unique constraint so it does not allow duplicate values.
The operator account for the IMS login (AdobeId) will be created automatically once you successfully sign in first time.
So go to Admin>Access Management>Operators and check if there is already an operator created manually with your email address that you using in AdobeID if yes, then delete that manual operator account and then retry login.

HI @AshokKumarJ , You can write quick workflow to Update "Workflow Login Account" and change the owner. It will make sure that no workflow execution is impacted. Later on you can try what @Shubham_Goyal__ suggested.

Fair point @Denis_Bozonnet
@AshokKumarJ if there are any items associated to that manual operator then deletion isn't good if not then you may. Also if you can't remove the operator check if the username of the AdobeId can be updated.
And if you somehow remove the operator and if any scheduled workflow's fails then you can perform 'Unconditional Stop'>Start and workflow shall work fine again.
