Hi team,
I have a strange issue happening in Message Center. Email is not delivered for a particular template (one template only) to my official email ID, but the email is delivered to gmail ID. For all other templates I receive emails to my official ID, so I think it is not a blacklist issue. I'm explaining in detail below.
When I Trigger a SOAP call for Copy of RTCP PM34 English template, particularly to my official ID, I don't receive email whereas I receive it for gmail ID. For other templates, say Spanish/POC I receive emails to my official ID as well as all other ID's.

I found a solution.Emails to my official ID was blocked, as I was repeatedly sending out test emails to my official ID. Once I changed the subject of my email, emails started to pop into my inbox

Also , in the Event history folder, I see the message is marked as 'Sent' to my official ID.

what is the possibility of the email being blocked or automatically deleted by your official email ID.
Did you check the junk folder? just my thoughts.
