How to handle doubles

Hi everyone, 

 

I have two email addresses with different ids which should receive the email. However, one email address is getting ignored and showing double in the exclusion of the delivery level. 

 

I wanted to send email to both the email addresses, which are having different Ids.

Hi @rvnth ,

 

You can try the below scenario to receive the email even if your email address is targeted more than once.

 

In your Delivery, go-to To section -> Exclusions tab -> Edit. 

After that uncheck the option for "Exclude duplicate addresses during delivery" to receive the email for duplicate address as well.
