Direct Mail Delivery errors, but there is nothing ever in the workflow log or delivery log

Classic v7  Randomly the Direct Mail delivery will error (ringed with the flashing red), but there is never anything in the logs or journal that we can find.  All records are always inserted into broadlogrcp. It seems like it just can't finish or complete?  It happens to deliveries that have anywhere from 1million records and up. Thought for sometime it was mainly the 10million+ deliveries, but now it occurs on much smaller deliveries as well.  It has been happening for years and is very random.  Now it seems to happen more often.  I haven't been able to establish a pattern, these deliveries aren't usually run during high traffic times where it would time out.  There are multiple deliveries in a workflow and it could happen to the first delivery, the middle or the last delivery - there is no pattern to which delivery might error.  And some workflows using the same template will run without error.  Our awesome architect looked for a half day and couldn't find anything.  With nothing ever indicated in the logs, it makes it impossible to troubleshoot.  I work on the agency side and no other clients experience this!  Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?  And if a resolution was ever reached.  I was testing something completely different and it also happened in DEV!  I do not know what configuration setting to check.

I attached the screenshot of the red circle around the delivery and the log attached to the delivery object.  No error shows up in the workflow journal or in the delivery window logs.

Hi Jody. I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support to review further. Intermittent issues, especially without logging, are going to be difficult to isolate unless someone on these forums has run into the exact same issue. Outside of that, it is likely that Support will need to examine your instance and perform a deeper analysis.

Thank you.  Been there, tried that.  Didn't get anywhere!  Hence trying to see if anyone else has had the same issue.
