Hello Everyone,
We have built a Web Application (WebApp A) that requires users to log in using their IMS ID to view content.
Currently, one set of users (Adobe Campaign users) can access the Campaign console, run workflows, etc., based on their assigned rights. They can also log in to WebApp A and view its content.
Now, the client wants to add another set of users who should only have access to WebApp A. These users should not be able to access any other logged-in WebApps or any Adobe Campaign features.
Is it possible to configure this in Adobe Campaign v8 (Managed Service)?
If yes, how can this be achieved?
@ParthaSarathy , @Adhiyan , @DavidKangni Please guide me here

Dipendu

As no-one replied.
Here are some resources
Permission management in Campaign Web user interface | Adobe Campaign
Access management | Adobe Campaign
I would start by placing restricted webapps in a specific folder and restrict these users access to such folder only, then allow access control on each of those webapps
It may involve creating custom "Named Rights" (Webapp_XYZ), assigning such named right to those restricted webapp operators, configuring the rights against the folder containing the restricted webapps and test.

Hi @david--garcia ,
Thanks for your reply.
We tried assigning Profiles to these users, and then assigning the profiles to the folders. The issue is people who are not part of that Profile group still can access this WebApp.

Hi @dipendu_g,
I had the problem recently and I had to enforced the access using and authentication method (Google SSO). I know that additionally, you can use an access token and a server side permission check that blocks the rendering when the user it is not allowed.
Hope it clarifies.
Best,
Celia
