Hi everyone,
I have large number of email delivery templates which are not required anymore. Is it ok just to go ahead with delete option? If so what would the impact of doing it? Can anyone share the best practices/approaches to follow for deleting the delivery templates?

A caveat is if the template is referenced in a workflow (via Delivery or Continuous activity), if you delete the template, you won't be able to open the workflow activity as it references the delivery template and it'll fail to load the activity. So you might be careful when you do so....

Hi Parmeshwarr,
As long as you are not using the templates anymore, you should be able to delete them freely without issue. There is no particular best practice for deleting templates.
