We have given Read only access to Campaign management to QA resources, we have a operator group for QA with read only access to the Campaign Management and other folders, this works fine they cannot Save any existing campaign's.Is there a way to disable Create button in Campaigns ?

I have sent an email in waves, and instead of sending 10% every 10 minutes its sending 10 emails every 10 minutes... this is a problem as their is over 25k emails to send. Is there a way to force delivery all deliveries? Or do I have to cancel the delivery and send to those not delivered? Thanks
