Whenever a user or admin leaves our organization, as per the standard protocol we have to restrict all access of that user. This applies to ACC access as well. Hello everyone,we have an SMS vendor who provided us with a test SMS account and when I activated the SMS process and created the external account (extended SMPP) I was able to send SMS deliveries.What I am trying to achieve is to automate OPT-OUT-OF-SMS campaigns by users if they send an SMS like STOP or QUIT to a particular number.
