After Upgrade to 9346 , web app upload file is Broken

We have Webapp with upload activity as shown, as soon as we have upgreded to 9346 we are reciving the errors as shown in screen shot. It appears more like Flash error but

Following Adobe Flash Player EOL, some reporting functionalities are no longer available.
