Unable to edit segment

Hi, 

 

I am unable to edit a segment shared with me, every time i need to edit a shared segment i have to create a new one. Can anyone please help?

Hi @SweekarGulati1 ,

Considering segment creators might share the same segment with other users and might use these segments for reporting or other customization purposes, hence to ensure the better control, Adobe doesn't allow other users to edit the shared segment without making a new copy unless they are a Admin user.

Shared segments are by that very nature built.

If you aren't admin of account the segments are created this will be the case.

When segments are shared with you can you be added to an admin group? That may allow you some editing...
