Share Adobe Analytics panel to external

Is there any way to share my adobe analytics dashboard with people outside the company or who do not have an account?

Can I share only the panel without the ability to edit? Or with the company account can I create different users so that they enter with user and passwords?

    Dear Belen,

    I would agree with Kumararaja but not sure which dashboard your are referring to.

    If it is on Adobe Analytics Reports & Interface, you can share the dashboards to Adobe Analytics Users (With proper rights) with read only access.

    But if it is Adobe Analytics Workspace, you cannot give them read/write only access.

    If the user has the Permission that includes 'Analysis Workspace Access' and 'Analysis Workspace:Save As Template', they can Save and edit your Workspace project.

    If the user has the Permission that only includes 'Analysis Workspace Access' and not 'Analysis Workspace:Save As Template', they can only 'Save As' or 'Copy' the Project in their Dashboard to edit.

    Be wise to use it or download it as PDF or Schedule it to share.

    Dear Belen,

    There are no option to share the dashboard with people outside the company or who do not have an account

    Also, if you are an Admin then you can create different users with limited access so that they enter with user and passwords to see the dashboard.

    Best practice is to share the Dashboard by sending as an email attachment to the people outside the company by manually or using schedule option.

      You can use Send option to email the Dashboard to the external user who do not have account in Adobe Analytics. It is not possible for external users to view the project in case you are sharing the Dashboard link and they do not have account in Adobe Analytics.
