Server side forward disables automatically after it is enabled

We have experience cloud service enabled for our analytics implementation. Server side forwarding works for our prod environment as well. But, whenever i select the enable server side forwarding for development environment, it saves, but checkbox get unselected when i check it next time. is there any reason why it is missing. AS far as i can see everything looks good.

looks a temporary glitch but interesting that similar issue was observed in saving campaign trigger in ACS Cart Abandonment Trigger not working with multiple Products . I would reach out to Adobe client care.
