Setting up data feed to S3

Avatar

Level 1

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a data feed directly to S3 (in us-east-1). The access keys and S3 prefixes are right, however, the job would fail with "Failed: Unknown Cause".

I couldn't get any reference that details the format of configurations with example.

Details of the data feed:

bucket:  dev****bucket   (not sure if this format is correct or should it be s3://...)

path: adobe/rsidname  (not sure if there needs to be a / in the end)

compression: gzip

packaging type: multiple files

feed interval: hourly

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

@hjoshi  provides a great solution below for setting up an S3 via the APIs. The other option is a ticket with Analytics Customer Care. Adobe is working on a solution to set up S3 in the UI.

@shyamv5910830 ,

You could follow the below document and should be able to configure data feed to S3 bucket by your own. There is no configuration need to be done from clinet care.
