The page is captured in the 'Page Not Found' metric when using the marketing channel to check the source. 'Session Refresh' shows high for the page that lands on a 404 error. The page is not deleted but is redirected to a 404 page.

A higher refresh rate on a 404 page suggests that users may be repeatedly refreshing the page due to confusion or frustration, from the solution standpoint, think of having an appropriate message on 404 for the user or some link to go possible next page to avoid confusion or frustration

The high "Session Refresh" count suggests that users are landing on the 404 page frequently and possibly refreshing the session, which could indicate a redirect loop, a broken link from an external source, or a user attempting to access a bookmarked or previously existing page.
However, what's your Question exactly? Do you want to understand WHY this is happening or what you can check to avoid this? More context would be helpful.
