Scheduled reports and "send file" not working from Workspace

Hi all

Anyone who have experienced the same? Kind of a bif issue because, in our office, there are many poeple depending on sheduled report. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Arun

The project has been saved, so it was not that which caused the error. However, looks like the problem has been solved somehow as we received (got spammed) with all the reports we didn’t get, all at once, yesterday. And this morning all received the usual scheduled reports they are used to get.

Someone, somewhere, fixed the problem somehow:p

If you can provide insight into what caused the problem that would be great. If not, that’s ok too.

Dear Matias,

Once you save the Project in Workspace, "Send File on Schedule" should be activated by default.

It will be greyed out only if you didn't save the Project in Workspace. Can you check this once again?

Hi Arun

The project has been saved, so it was not that which caused the error. However, looks like the problem has been solved somehow as we received (got spammed) with all the reports we didn’t get, all at once, yesterday. And this morning all received the usual scheduled reports they are used to get.

We had a maintenance release during that time, I'm willing to bet that was the culprit.
