Ad Hoc Analysis not working

Is this happening to anyone else? When anyone at my company goes to launch ad hoc the app won't open, but instead gives us this pop up after it loads. It's been happening for a few days and across multiple browsers/computers

I have emailed customer support but have not received a response yet. But looking for a solution to the issue
