Questions about people at Target

I have a question.

I ask someone to help me please.

I created a People on Analytics and it doesn't show up on the Target.

Can you answer to me what are the prerequisites for connecting normally to the target when creating people in Analytics?

if You do this i'm would be glad.

Unfortunately, I don't have Target... but I see that no one has answered yet.. I am going to ping a few people and see if they can help you out.
