Not able to access Workspace to create reports

Hi Team, One of colleague have the Administrator rights to Adobe Analytics, still cannot access to reports on workspace.

Under administrator section on https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ I can see 

Products -> Adobe Analytics,

Administrative Rights -> Product Administrator -> Adobe Analytics

these rights already given.

 

Any suggestions.

Having administrative rights is insufficient. Your colleague needs to be added to an Analytics product profile that has the "Analysis Workspace Access" permission. See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/admin/admin-console/permissions/analytics-tools.ht...

Hi, anything missing.. My account also have the same permissions. I can access to workspace

Here for both Users and Admins, I can find his name and email address
