Hi @1982luca , If analytics already implemented , You can have Analytics ID to identify the user , if Adobe Experience cloud services is deployed you can MID or ECID to track user. Hi @jianlingx860430 You can rename your marketing channel name to another,All channel name changes are retroactive. However, any rule changes that correspond to the new channel name will only apply going forward—the rules are not applied retroactively. In the case of renaming “Internal” to “Session Refresh” the associated rules and historical data will not be effected. Hope this helps
