Lost tracking after login

Hi everyone,

 

I have a question on my website, the website combines with two parts which are a store and a membership portal.

The adobe framework of the store is using v5.0.10 however the membership portal is using v5.2.9. 

Normal user flow:

Store >> login to membership portal >> Store

 

We found a bug on this flow which the tracking is lost after the user login to portal and go back the the store page. (Before login, the tracking of the store is working properly.) May I know if it's related to different adobe framework versioning? Or other related issue? Thanks!

What do you mean by tracking lost? 

Did you check if any analytic data is being sent on all of the platforms that you have listed ? 

If analytics server calls are being sent but you cannot see the full journey using flow chart or any other reporting capabilities then the issue might be linked that you loose your Experience Cloud Visitor ID.

Check the mid= parameter and make sure they are the same
