Try doing the following:
- Go to account.adobe.com and sign out of your account.
- Delete all adobe.com-related cookies in your browser.
- Sign back into your Adobe account.
If that still doesn't work, repeat the above steps, but between steps 2 and 3, uninstall the Activity Map extension from your browser. Then after signing into your Adobe account, reinstall the Activity Map extension.
