Hello, We set up Griffon using the AEP Assurance extension on both our
iOS and Android mobile apps. On Android, everything works as expected.
On iOS, the post-processing always gives the error "Unable to retrieve
post-processed data within the 24 hour limit." after being "queued" for
24h. However, the request details load perfectly. Is there any known
reason why this might be? Or does anyone have suggestions on how we can
resolve this? Thanks!
Unfortunately I'm unable to upload a screenshot. The red characters
match the exact description of the health dashboard documentation for
when data cannot be found for a dimension. Does that help at all?
Hi there, I regularly use the Adobe Health Dashboard, but today I seem
to be getting strange behavior. Despite authenticating as I always do,
the "Component Summary" tab of the document is unable to find data for
any custom dimensions/metrics. My report suites appear normally, and all
the dimensions are found but they just appear in red characters without
data. The "Individual Component Summary" tab works fine, and all data in
adobe analytics works fine. Any ideas what's going on? Thanks!
