You should be able to contact your CSM or have a dedicated Sales Manager.... (or your client should anyway).
Generally someone from Adobe will reach out a few months before the contract is renewal is due to help walk you through the contract renewal... I've never had to chase after them before.....
When does your client's contract expire? If its really close and no one has reached out, you could try contacting client care to reach out to the appropriate department to help with the contract renewal
