Entries and entry page

I wonder if some one can tell me the difference between the metrix entries and entry page.

Hello!

Entry page is a dimension, it gives you the Pagename of the Entry page.

And Entries is a metric, it gives you the number of people that enter into the website.

One more question just to clarify.

If I look at a list page (a page with products) as my entry page. Will that count as one visit and also count as an entry (the metric)? But if the list page is the second list page visit (from my entry), it will not count as an entry?

And the Entry page only count on page name?

If you go to a second list page, after your first list page, it will coun't just as one Entry.
