Then the bounce will not count because it will give an extra hit because on the click. But if I click on a prod...

Hi,I wonder why the sum in the cohort table differs from the total sum in my freeform table in workspace..For example: I am looking at my cohort table and my data is per month and I look at total sum of orders and how many visits that are returning. The total sum of orders for a month dont match the total sum of orders in my freeform table. The "right" sum is the one in the freeform table. But why isn't the sum in my cohort tabe the same?RegardsErik

Hello!I have now looked at this and have now seen that total secound spent is not in report bulider. Total time spent is what's in report buliders, what's the difference? Then I've seen that it's a lot different in secound if I compaire the Report URL against the Report navigation site section max. How is it that? Both are evars.Thank youErik

Thank you for your answer.I can´t use the metric bounces.Definition of a bounce: A visit that consist of a single server call. For us, an entry gives more than one server call which leads to bounces being wrong.Therefor I am trying to calculate bounces in another way.Thank YouErik

Hi,I have a question regarding bounce rate. How can I build a bounce rate segment? The definition about the metric bounces: A visit that consists of a single server call. For example, a single page visit is a bounce if a visitor does not interact with the page in a way that sends data to Adobe, such as clicking a link or a video start. If more than a single hit is received in a visit, a Bounce is not counted.I Can not use bounces because a visit almost always consist more than a single server call...

Having trouble getting an easy way to explain it.I want to compare entries for a specific URL.One way is via Metric URL, and looks at entries (event). The other way is via Prop, Entry page and then I look at entries (event).I believe that the same URL should provide the same entries if I compare these to ways but I get more entries on the Entry URL.Thank yoyErik

Thank you for the answer Arun,For me the URL stays the same even if I go to page 2 for example. When I look at the debugger, the debugger show that the URL and the site section max follow the same pattern. There are no difference.I can understand if the URL shows for example an extra "page 2" then it's not the same. But that is not the case now.I always get lower page views and exits for the URL report when I compare against the site section max.I would be very happy for some more help so I can ...
