Data Connectors - DFA Integration cost

Hi Team,

I would like to understand how Adobe charge cost for DFA integration. I want to understand whether adobe will charge based on server calls once DFA integration is activated or there is certain lump sum amount for the integration.

By any chance, do you know if the DFA data connector also works for DoubleClick Campaign Manager?
