In the customer loyalty report, what is the look back window for returning and loyal customers?  A return customer is 2 orders and loyal customers 3+, but how far back does that metric look?  Is it since we started using Omniture?

As far back as we have data on that visitor. How far back that actually is in practicality depends on how frequently a visitor clears their browser cookies.
