Creating a segment to eliminate SAINT roll-up

Within Site Catalyst is it possible to create a segment to eliminate the roll up within a SAINT category?

For example I place an order for 2 products: Product A & B --- A is part of SAINT category Red and B is part of category Blue.

Because they are tied to the same order when I look at a report holistically (at the order grain or above) the revenue for both products is stuck together--even if I created a segment to say I only want category Red on the hit.

Is there a way to create a segment to only give me Red revenue on a roll up report (e.g. key metrics?). 

Realize there are other ways to solve for this..such as just looking at the category report and breaking down form there, using ad-hoc, etc, but a segment would be more efficient if possible.
