Trying to do some major AA houskeeping. I know you can see the number of workspaces where components are used. So, before cleaning up all our metrics and segments, I cleaned up our workspaces because I figured if there were components only being used in workspaces that have been deleted, then they would show that they're not used anywhere.
I have this calculated metric saying it's being used in 32 components (screenshot 1). When I click to see where it's being used, nothing shows up (screenshot 2). I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I'm not the owner of the metric--but I also have filtered the view of projects to show ALL projects, which should show me projects owned by others that are using this metrics. Is it possible that Adobe isn't recognizing all of the deleted workspaces as deleted and is counting those workspaces when displaying the number of "components" that this metric is used in?

Hey @stephjo ,
So I tried to replicate your steps just to see if the component list updates in real-time. For me, it got updated and Used In column is showing actual number of dashboards where calculated metric is being used at. It could be as you mentioned you are modifying multiple components at the same time, the changes are taking some time to reflect. You may have tried this already but try hitting refresh, logging in again and if you are still seeing multiple components, maybe good idea to reach out to client care?
Best,
Isha

Hi @igupta ,
I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. Unfortunately, I wasn't doing these two things (deleting workspaces and calculated metric cleanup) on the same day. It's been several days since I deleted the workspaces, which should be plenty of time for Adobe to recognize the workspaces as deleted I would think.

Then probably it's worth getting client care to take a look at why that's happening. I don't see a reason why the Used In list won't update post workspace deletion by Admin user.
Best,
Isha
I will do that. Thank you!

Not yet. I just got off of a call with support, and they're having to raise a ticket for their internal team to take a close look at it. Though, the issue as now evolved to being the Adobe IS showing me workspaces when I click through, but it appears to just be showing me ALL of our company's workspaces--not the ones where this metric is allegedly being used.
