Breakdown fallout at this touchpoint page report totals

Avatar

Level 4

In looking at the report generated by "Breakdown fallout at this touchpoint," I noticed that the total number of pages seems to be de-duplicated.  When you add up all of the pages, the sum is much higher.

Why is the total needing to be de-duplicated?  What's a scenario where that's would be necessary?

Hi,

When you are applying Touch point in Fallout report, the metric it uses is Visits or Unique visitor. So, when we add touch points there can be a case when both pages can be in same visit. That is the reason when we add sum it is more than the total.
