Best way to get a daily session export with segment information programatically - avoiding 'low traffic' issue

We have been using daily calls to the Adobe reporting API to retrieve session data including segments. However, with some of our larger customers, we are now hitting the 'Low Traffic' issue.

We've looked at Data Warehouse requests, but it doesn't appear that they can be scheduled daily - (also they don't write to s3 which is desirable)

Data feeds can be scheduled daily (and even hourly) but its not clear that all of the customers segments will be available via the mc_audience field.

We only really need to extract an evar and segments that each session falls - Are there options (other than those above) that avoid the 'low traffic' issue?

Thanks in advance!

Dear Chris,

Data Warehouse reports can be scheduled daily. You would have selected the Time Period greater than a month and thus 'Daily' option in Scheduler would not have listed. If you selected the Time Period to Yesterday or Last 7 days or anything within a month, you can see the option to schedule it daily.

I know that we can use SFTP for Data Warehouse requests but pretty not sure about s3.

Thank You!

Thanks Arun, that's good to know. With the Data Warehouse reports, is there a way to have all segments included (or would the report creator have to go back in and add new sections to the report as the segments are created?)

Thanks again.

Dear Chris,

There are no options to include all the segments at one go. But you can include any segment by manually selecting it while configuring the Data Warehouse request.

Thank You!
