I have problem with startin the after effects CS6, CS5, CC. I have an error ''unknown exception'', after that new error "crash aedynamiclinkserver".i have reinstall the program, but i also have a problem.please help.thank you.

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite in 2012 through tech soup. My Photoshop is crashing and says to reinstall. I go to the Adobe website (as directed by tech soup) and have a login ID and password but cannot find where to input this information. Help?
