Analytics metric into Target with SDK implementation

Avatar

Hi all,

i'm trying to use analytics custom metric for a target activity report, but nothing appears (No Analytics link generated).

Is it possible that the problem is that we are not using AppMeasurement and at.js but the sdk implementation?

maybe to see analytics metrics into Target we need to do some further implementation.

Of course we are able to see ootb metrics such as Bounce rate.

Thanks for the support!

@nico9 There are two possibilities

Either A4T integration is done. Please follow this documentation to implement A4T

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/integrate/a4t/a4timplementation.html?lang=en\

Next is, while creating the experience you would need to choose "Analytics" as the reporting source considering A4T integration is done.

If the reporting source is choose as Target, you will not see Analytics link and it is not editable. That is you cannot change the reporting source once selected for experience which is live

Hope this explains

Hi,

thanks for you answer.

Actually the implementation part is ok, we are using the guide for the sdk you kindly shared.

We can se the Buonce Rate metric in Target so we think it's all fine, what we can't see it's a custom metric called ctaClick that we implemented on analytics.

So my question is: do we have to do further steps to use Analytics custom success events in Target?

@nico9 You would need report this in Adobe analytics to use the calculated metrics
