Adobe visitor id mapping

Hi there,

How do you guys trace your customers' online behaviors?

My company has tracked a WSC_ID in adobe when a user logged in on the site or made a purchase on the site.

However, if the user is just visiting the site and left we lost tracking of it.

Do you or your company have a better practice here to capture as much as possible of a customer's online behaviors?

One way I've thought about is using WSC_ID map with Visitor_id in adobe, so I can fill some of the gaps of guest visitors.

Wondering if this is the best I can do? or any better solutions here?

Thanks!

@tania_lin Yes, you are right, you should stitch your customer IDs with visitor IDs, so if the user doesn't login today, but if he logs in some other day since there is an adobe experience cloud visitor ID, they both will get stitched and you can get pre-login and post-login behavior of the customer.

You can use setCustomerIDs as described in this email for more information

Hope this helps
